July 2016 The Industrial Guarantee Loan Fund (IGLF) has commissioned The DBP Data Center Inc. to develop its first web portal. Born in the aftermath of World War ll, The IGLF was part of a series of programs designed to help revitalize the nations war-torn economy.
From the very start, it has focused on the small and medium enterprise of the economy sector.
It is a 63-year-old program that stood by the SMEs amid the changing economic environment and political landscape of the country.
They claim to owe a big part of its success to the partner financial institutions that believe and continue to share the Funds advocacy for reducing poverty and uplifting the lives of people in the countryside.
These partner financial institutions are The Development Bank of the Philippines, Bank of the Philippine Islands, The Center for Agriculture and Development (CARD), The Mindanao Lumad and Muslim Development Center (MILAMDEC), Peoples Credit and Corporate Center, Philippine Resources Savings Bank (PR Savings Bank), Plantersbank and Producers Bank.
The IGLF will soon launch its website www.iglf.ph.
