In accordance with Republic Act No. 11165, also known as the Telecommuting Act, and its updated guidelines outlined in DOLE Department Order No. 237 (issued in 2022), this initiative involves a telecommuting setup that enables employees to work remotely from an alternate location or their homes using telecommunication and various technologies.
DCI perceives this program as a valuable work option beneficial to the company, its customers, and its employees. The benefits of asynchronous work have also helped us prioritize self-care and mental health.
