On December 20, 2023, a mandatory training was held on the International Standards Organization (ISO) 9001:2015 Quality Management System, the first of many trainings scheduled. The event was held to equip attendees with knowledge and insights to align their practices with global standards of excellence. The focus was on ISO 9001:2015 Standard, which outlines core principles, methodologies, and best practices for operational efficiency and client satisfaction. The event was facilitated by Hector Dillera, DCI Project Coordinator and Certified ISO Trainer.
After training, an evaluation was conducted, challenging participants to apply their newly-acquired knowledge. The event marked the beginning of commitment to implement global standards and pursue exceptional service.
